For individuals

A more grounded way to meet what happened.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of your experience, and build a steadier relationship with yourself and your life.

Structured support

Care with room for your whole experience.

Trauma can shape how we feel, relate, work, and rest. This work makes space for the patterns that are asking for attention, without rushing your process.

Through a structured and compassionate approach, therapy supports greater awareness, practical regulation, and an easier path toward the life you want to build.

Rational Behavioral Therapy

Rational Behavioral Therapy is available as part of our therapy services. Bring your questions to a consultation to explore how this approach might fit your goals.

Trauma Focused CBT

Clients who have experienced traumatic and chronic stress will receive a battery of assessments. These assessments explore past and present exposures and attachment patterns, and include diagnostic tools.

If trauma is identified, we will begin a minimum of 15 weeks of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Treatment includes cognitive exercises, psychoeducation, and, most importantly, your stress reduction techniques.

Each session is guided by an evolving understanding of your experiences and needs, known as case conceptualization. Together, we will explore caregivers, early attachment styles, emotionally attuned supports, developmental needs, and present-day triggers. Insights from this process will be woven into each session.

Sound therapy will be incorporated by week 8, and each session will close with the Safe and Sound Protocol. After we complete this process, treatment planning will begin for EMDR.
